Used to be good, over the past few weeks it's become totally unreliable :(
Have never been able to book a taxi as it just gets cancelled every time
Recorded message suggests you download the app to skip the queues! So downloaded the app, booked the taxi 90 mins before and no taxi. When I called the switch I was told "don't use the app coz we give priority to those that call" used this firm for years but Uber here I come!

Appalled by the service 4 times in the same week my taxi home from work, which was booked in advance has been cancelled last minute. Getting told I can't get home after a 15 hour is beyond a joke Don't waste your time
Would rate 0 if I could. Booked a taxi 4 hours in advance and it was confirmed. We waited at the specified time and place and nothing. Called and the guy said there were no taxis in the area. Confused why this wasn't pre organised as it was confirmed so many hours prior. He said 5 mins but nothing came. Called to ask again and the same excuse. I complained and asked him to cancel it and he hung up on me mid sentence. Extremely rude.
